| Musical revisions?? I'm having trouble hearing "Lewis" potentially do Luisa's coloratura stuff, unless it's done as pure camp, which would frankly turn me off. For Mary Sunshine, in Chicago's context, it works perfectly well, but I think in this context it would make Lewis a joke, and the character shouldn't be. I'm wondering how Harvey Schmidt would have handled it. | |
