I think Beatty was commenting on the fact that Patric and Judd were feuding. As the link below indicates, Patric didn't mind trashing Judd long after the show had closed. So Beatty might have been fed up with what he considered unprofessional behavior. I rather imagine he had a better time in London with Brendan Fraser and Frances O'Connor. I saw in London and New York and the former production was superior, with one exception. Margo Martindale was the greatest Big Mama I've ever seen. Beatty was great in both cities.
