"I believe she featured Jerome Robbins, Jack Cole, Gower Champion, and Bob Fosse, but someone here will correct me if I've gotten that wrong."
You were very close. JereNYC. Chita rhapsodized about Jack Cole, Peter Gennaro ("He had the schweetest schpeech impediment"), Bob Fosse, and Jerome Robbins. No Gower.
As she did so, the ensemble, consisting of Richard Amaro. Lloyd Culbreath, Malinda Farrington, Edgard Gallardo, Deidre Goodwin, Richard Montoya, Lainie Sakakura, Alex Sanchez, and Allyson Tucker wonderfully illustrated the choreographers' various styles, in silhouette, backlit in front of a white cyc.
There was a section about her costars (Dick Van Dyke made a handful of hilarious appearances during the run). In that segment, Chita sang Nowadays. A matching empty spotlight appeared when she introduced Gwen Verdon. It moved in tandem with Chita's as she danced. Chita even sang in the style of Verdon for a line or two :)
At the end, Chita's spotlight moved to follow her as she took her solo bow, then she flung her arm out for Gwen to take hers. The empty spotlight did the same for the ghost Verdon.
