Chita Rivera's autobiographical piece CHITA RIVERA: A DANCER'S LIFE in 2005/2006 was something like you describe. She devoted sections to notable choreographers that she'd worked with and compared and contrasted their styles with, if I remember correctly, the ensemble demonstrating moves from the various choreographers. I believe she featured Jerome Robbins, Jack Cole, Gower Champion, and Bob Fosse, but someone here will correct me if I've gotten that wrong.

She also included a tribute to Gwen Verdon and did some of their CHICAGO choreography with a spotlight representing Verdon.
