I'd add a second "enough" to your question: "But is ENOUGH OF the public..." I think the answer is going to depend on the performance. I think most people are "ready" but only some are "willing." Some people are not even willing to walk into a store for a minute. "Trust" is also pretty subjective. I think there are enough New Yorkers who trust that if the state allows it, it is safe. And I think the regulation will be substantial. As with the hotspot zipcodes, the state isn't going to let the progress road without intercession. The question then is whether the venue itself can be trusted. My guess is that these tickets will be hard to get, all other things being equal.
