| If I got that apartment I would grab it in a heartbeat but probably do nothing with the kitchen because it would be a rental if I had it. It’s kind of the situation I have now, a small apartment that needs doing up but location and outdoor space keep me here without any desire to spend the money to improve the main space myself. |
