For what it's worth--during my own career, the only time that my shows have distributed Playbills after performance is when they have contained casting information that would constitute such a spoiler that they had to be withheld in order to ENHANCE the audience experience. It's a decision which isn't taken lightly. (I recall house management reports which would cite the occasional audience member arguing with house staff before the show.)
