OK, let's try. "Show Boat" is often called the first integrated musical, but it's too early. "I want" songs are for the protagonist so I would think "Can't Help Lovin' That Man of Mine." Laurie is the protagonist of "Oklahoma!" so it must be "Many a New Day." You may be right about the "Sound of Music." One could argue that it is the song "The Sound of Music" in which Maria says she finds her strength in the hills; at the end of the story, the family escapes by climbing over those hills. And to echo the theme, there is the great or mawkish hortatory song, "Climb Every Mountain." (!?!)
